Our Group Sessions are designed to improve and challenge the following:

Individual Ball Mastery techniques, both learning skills to protect the ball, escape from pressure and eliminate in 1v1 scenarios.

1v1 domination, both offensively and defensively with pressure from the front/back and sides.

Passing & Receiving techniques with links to tactical games to help players execute under pressure.

Players game-insight, understanding the bigger picture of their role within a group of players.

Small Sided Game experience, with contact time and intensity of match-reps being a focus.

Players will be paired with individuals at a similar stage of their own journey, so that they can develop and be challenged whilst having success.
